Welcome to Coach Yourself to Success Online

I’m delighted that you’ve taken this first critical step in your personal growth and success!

Here’s how it works: You probably already have a full schedule so I’ve kept the lessons short (video lessons ranges between 3 and 10 minutes in duration) and simple for you to easily complete them. For the best results, I recommend that you set aside 20 minutes to an hour a week to work on your coaching assignments.

For the best results:

  1. Set Aside a Regular Time Each Week devoted to your life coaching (e.g. Tuesdays from 7 p.m.) when you’ll focus on completing your coaching lessons. Don’t worry if you feel you are getting behind on the lessons. Just do as much as you can each week!.
  2. Prepare for Change. Things may begin to change quickly for you when you start this life coaching program, especially if you are doing your lessons regularly. Please make sure to take extra-good care of yourself while you embark on this life-changing program. Drink more water than usual, take an extra Vitamin C each day, get more rest and get (more) massages to help you assimilate the changes easily. For some reason, many people catch a cold when they start coaching — don’t be alarmed, this may be the body’s way of adapting to the changes on a cellular level and clearing out some unneeded toxins.
  3. Keep a Journal/Binder. I recommend you use a 3-ring binder to store your Coaching Programs (such as the Clean Sweep Program™) you will be receiving so that you keep track of your progress throughout the course and can easily update your scores as you make progress. Keeping a journal is an excellent way to speed up and enhance the coaching process. I recommend writing three pages a day in a journal or in your binder. Although this is optional, my clients find that the regular habit of writing about their day enhances their personal growth and creativity. Alternatively, you may prefer to use an electronic file, in which case we recommend Evernote.com as one of the best tools.
  4. As an added bonus, we’ve included a free life planner. You can download and print your Free Annual Life Planner here. After filling in a few of the sections with your goals, adventures, and projects, you can post this on your fridge or insert the Life Planner in the front of a ring binder as a visual reminder of why you are doing the coaching work.

Again, congratulations on taking this powerful step to live a life you love!

Warmest,

Talane

Hello and welcome. This is the Coach Yourself to Success course. And my name is Talane Miedaner. I will be your life coach throughout this course. I really welcome you to this class and I hope that you really enjoy it. You’re gonna have 52 different assignments, life coaching assignments to work on throughout this course and you can go at your own pace and just relax and have fun with it. So, I want to share a little bit about what you can expect throughout this course. There’s a lot of different assignments and they’ll start off being very small and easy. So, you’ll think, “Mm, gosh.” You’ll probably think this is almost too easy, but what you’ll find is that it starts to snowball. Things will start to add up and build up. And of course, the results that you will see in your own life you might think, “Oh, this is too insignificant. How is this gonna change my life?” But it will. So, that is designed specifically to be easy to start. So, just relax into it, don’t worry about it, take the assignments as they come.

Now, to get the most out of this course what I would recommend that you do is set aside some time to work on it. You will need to commit some time. It is not so much about the information or the knowledge. If you wanna get the knowledge and the information, you can do that. It is really about having a way to incorporate, to integrate the coaching concepts into your life. So, that’s what we wanna do, is have you actually do these assignments so that you see the real benefit, you start to feel the benefits of the coaching in your life. Because if you don’t do them, you aren’t really gonna get that much of an improvement in your life. So, it really is about taking the action. And you’ll be spoonfed the life-changing actions to take bit by bit so that you can start to make those changes. So, it’s not so much about the knowledge, it’s really about the action, it’s about how you incorporate these into your lives. So, I encourage you to set some time aside to carve out some time, at least 10 minutes to an hour a week to work on the material, on the content.

Now, what happens if you get stuck? There is always a possibility in any course that’s challenging for personal growth and development. There will be a time that you wanna quit. So, I just wanna prepare you for that. That you might think, “Oh, this is rubbish. I’m gonna quit.” Or “This is too hard. I’m not gonna do this.” And I’d really ask you ahead of time to say, “I know that’s gonna happen and I’m just gonna keep plowing through this, I’m gonna keep working through it. If it’s too hard, I can skip it and come back to it at another point when it seems a little bit easier.” So, some of the assignments will be more challenging and you might just not want to do them and that might be the right thing to do at that time in your life. So, I’d like to encourage you that if that happens and you feel, “I’m just not ready to tackle that assignment,” that’s okay. You can skip that one, go into the next, but come back to it when you’re ready to do it. All right. And it’ll always be there for you to come back to.

All right. So, you may find it’s also beneficial to use a buddy. Use the buddy calls, bring a buddy with you to the course if you want. But use a buddy to speak to on a weekly basis if you can. That gives you a little bit of accountability that you would normally get with your life coach. So, I want you to have some form of accountability so you’re not just all on your own on this. If you can, you’ll find that that’s a really great way to work through the course. So, I’d encourage you to find a buddy and use them throughout the course as your support
